I particularly love this easy recipe for Jamie Oliver's Naan Bread. Goes so well with any curry dish. Delish!
Ingredients:
500g Self Raising Flour
1 T Baking Powder
500g Natural Yoghurt
1 T sea salt
Method:
Pop all the ingredients in the food processor. Pulse to form a dough. Knead for 1 minute. Put in a greased bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.
Roll out 12 balls to about ½ cm thick. Make incisions all the way through (3 each bread).
Dry fry (no oil) on a really hot pan for 2 minutes each side. Keep in a damp tea towel til ready to use.
You can also spread with butter inbetween each bread on the stack and wrap in tinfoil and reheat in the oven at 150ºC. Or you can use garlic butter!
